Please be advised that early check-ins and late check-outs are not guaranteed.

Early check-in before 3.00pm is available for a $35 fee, based on availability.

Please note to inform the front desk if you are arriving past 9.00pm.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that we require 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of a one night's stay plus taxes will be applied.

Surcharge Policy

Please be advised that there is a surcharge of 2.4% on Credit Card payments.

Payments made by Debit Card & Cash do not impose an additional fee.

Please note that businesses do not profit from the surcharge.

Pet Policy

Samuels Hotel is pleased to welcome you and your pets.

There is an additional pet fee of $75 per stay. Please call to confirm availability.
